Return & Refund Policy

At Suvarnika Styles, we strive to ensure you love your purchase. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, we are here to help.

1. 72-Hour Return Window

You have exactly 3 days (72 hours) from the time of delivery to request a return. After 3 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim a return for damages or missing items, a clear, unedited unboxing videostarting from the opening of the courier seal is mandatory. This helps us hold our courier partners and suppliers accountable.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and the nature of our products, the following are not eligible for return:

  • Fashion Jewelry (Earrings, Necklaces, etc.)

  • Items on Clearance/Flash Sale

  • Gift Cards

4. How to Start a Return

Please log in to your account on our website using your registered email and a 6-digit OTP. Go to your order history and click "Request Return." Alternatively, you can WhatsApp our support team at +912041303033 with your Order ID and unboxing video.

5. Refunds & Credits

  • Prepaid Orders: Once the return is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method (UPI/Bank) within 5–7 business days.

  • COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, we offer Store Credit in the form of a Gift Card, which you can use for your next purchase.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges and COD handling fees are non-refundable.

6. Reverse Pickup

We offer reverse pickup services for most pin codes in India. If your area is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you will be required to self-ship the product to our Pune office.
